WHY??

The flu is a contagious respiratory virus that causes fever, chills, cough, body aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.   Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lining of our lungs that occurs more frequently in the winter and early spring.

Clinic Facts:

• Sponsored by Moorestown VNA, a United Way, non-profit Home Health Agency.

• Vaccines are administered by a Licensed Nurse.

• You CANNOT get the Flu or Pneumonia from the shot!!

• Cost: $15 for Flu:  $30 for Pneumonia

• Shots are FREE to Medicare Part B holders.   You must show your card to get the vaccination.

Pre-registration is recommended by calling Mrs. Leonberg, School Nurse, at 783-1140.  Walk-in registration accepted as time permits.
