CINDY PRATT
BOROUGH COUNCIL
Cindy Pratt has lived on Farwood Rd for twelve
years with her husband Mark and children, Eric, Megan and Kevin.
Eric is a 10 th grader at Eastern High School and Megan is in
7th, Kevin in 2nd at Gibbsboro Elementary School.
Cindy believes strongly in family and community;
all involved in organizations and activities that bring them
closer together and exhibit community involvement.
Her husband Mark serves on the Gibbsboro Board
of Education as its Vice President, and Cindy is the former secretary
of the Zoning Board. Cindy is a volunteer for the Mr. Fix-It
Program and serves on the Civic Pride Committee.
An advocate for education and recreational
programs for children, Cindy is proud of our school system and
its excellence. "Our hometown spirit and interaction between
teachers and parents is vital to the growth and development of
our children." Cindy is presently a member of EPAA, the
Eastern Parents Athletic Association and the Gibbsboro Home &
School Association, having served as secretary, treasurer and
president.
Cindy and Mark are part of a new generation
of Gibbsboro residents who moved here because of Gibbsboro's
small town atmosphere, school system and parental involvement.
Serving as a member of Borough Council is an extension of her
commitment to Gibbsboro and believes that we need members on
Council who have children and therefore understand the importance
of developing programs for our youth while mindful of keeping
Gibbsboro affordable for all its residents.
Like you, Cindy's goal is a balanced budget, a government that
is open to all its residents, while sharing responsibility equally
with all elected council members.
Cindy is presently a homemaker and as a councilwoman
will be easily accessible during the day to our residents. She
will be a phone call away or will come to your home if requested
to answer residents needs and direct them to the department that
can best assist them.
