Poetry Contest Winners
The Civic Pride/Public Events Committe sponsored a poetry contest borough-wide
this March. Entrants were asked to compose a poem on ecological themes.
Salina Cantu and Michael Coffee, both of the Gibbsboro School were winners
in our contest and presented their poems at the Borough's Earth Day Celebration
on April 18th. They were awarded prizes of redwood wren houses as a reminder
that we are all stewards of this planet we call Earth.
